Here at Quality Bearings Online (QBOL), we are incredibly proud to announce that we have been named one of “The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026”. This is a prestigious title, awarded annually to the UK’s leading employers for their workplace culture and overall work experience.
Everyone at QBOL took an anonymous survey in partnership with WorkL to demonstrate our values. According to the anonymised WorkL survey, we achieved an overall employee engagement score of 89%, more than 14% above the global average. The survey assessed a range of topics, from job satisfaction to company rewards and recognition.
Our CEO, Sam Moss, echoes this sentiment perfectly: 'Being named in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a proud moment for us all. Having a genuine connection to where you work matters now more than ever, and we have always aimed to build a culture where people choose to join, stay and grow.' We truly feel these values are deeply embedded within our work culture at QBOL.
We recorded an impressive 89% confidence-in-management score, significantly higher than the global average of 39%. The survey also measured the likelihood of employees leaving us within the next nine months, and we achieved a score of 0%, highlighting the strong levels of employee commitment and retention across our business.
Founded in 2012, we have grown Quality Bearings Online into a globally recognised brand, supplying premium bearings to customers around the world. With a team of 30 talented people, we attribute our success to their dedication and expertise. Without them, we would not be able to keep the world turning.
Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, commented: “I’m absolutely delighted for this year's winners of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL. Many brilliant companies entered the Awards in the hopes of being recognised, so it’s a real achievement to have made the list. WorkL are proud to power these Awards and support organisations in retaining and recruiting the very best employees.”
As we continue to expand our global presence, maintaining and demonstrating a strong workplace culture remains a key driver of our ongoing business success.
