Kluber Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra 25kg bucket is a sprayable, running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. The lubricant also contains aluminium separate as a thickener alongside solid lubricant particles of fine graphite.
Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine and allows to subject the friction points to well-defined wear.
This lubricant is effective in reducing surface roughness and improves tooth flank quality making it ideal for the corrective lubrication of damaged tooth flanks.
Kluber Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra has been designed for specific running-in of open gears in rotary kilns, tube mils and line blenders used in cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries.
This lubricant is usually applied continuously through automatic spray systems but can also be applied by brush.
