Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 0 Ultra is a graphite-based operational lubricant which is designed specifically for open gear drives. There are a number of operating conditions which can affect open gears, such as high loads, dusty environments, vibrations, and temperature range, so this lubricant enhances the service life of the gears by ensuring it reduces scuffing and pitting.
Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 0 Ultra is based on an aluminium soap thickener, which allows for good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads. Due to the graphite particles found within this lubricant, it forms a protective layer over the gear and prevents damage and corrosion.
Kluber Grafloscon C-SG 0 Ultra is specifically manufactured for large open gear drives in rotary kilns, dryers, lime kilns, and tube mills, which are found in the mining, steel, chemical and power industry. This lubricant can also be used for lubricating gear couplings, slide and guide rails and wire ropes, which can be found in the paper production industry and the marine and offshore industry.
A star cartridge is a high-performance, electromechanical lubrication system powered by a battery-driven motor, providing high accuracy and consistent lubricant dispensing, making it ideal for critical applications and hard-to-reach lubrication points. This lubricant is available in a wide range of sizes from 400g, 125cm³ Flex Cartridge, 250cm³ Star Cartridge, 180kg.
