Kluber Isoflex Topas NCA 5051 370g tube is a beige coloured, high quality, synthetic long term grease consisting of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a special calcium soap. The grease is homogeneous and short-fibred.
Kluber Isoflex Topas NCA 5051 grease offers a wide temperature range from -50°C to 120°C and demonstrates resistance to ageing whilst providing special corrosion protection. As a result of its well balanced texture and consistency it ensures low and steady starting and running torques for the greased machine elements.
Kluber Isoflex Topas NCA5051 protects friction points sufficiently from corrosion and is suitable for plastic/steel and plastic/plastic material combinations. Due to the characteristics of the grease, it is frequently used in plain bearings in the automotive industry as well as being able to solve lubrication issues in control elements of the fuel feed and ignition systems.
Isoflex Topas NCA 5051 also protects small adjustment gears against wear through their service life reliably and ensures constant and low breakaway torques. It is also well suited for lubrication of seals in pneumatic installations.
This grease should be applied by a brush or common metering device whilst in gears it can be applied with a dip feed system. If left for long periods, oil may collect on the surface but a homogeneous texture can be regained through mechanical stirring.
