Kluberfood 4 NH1-32 20L container is a fully synthetic hydraulic oil developed for use in food-processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and animal feed industries. Kluberfood 4 NH1-32 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils which are designed to provide reliable hydraulic system performance while meeting food industry safety requirements.
It is composed of a highly refined base oil and a special aluminium complex soap thickener. Excellent flow characteristics ensure the lubrication points are reliably supplied with lubricant.

Application Guidelines
Kluberfood 4 NH 1 oils are miscible with mineral-oil based hydraulic fluids, however we recommend flushing the system with a suitable Kluberfood 4 NH 1 oil prior to initial application to comply with food regulations. This oil forms a transparent, grease-like anti-corrosion film on metal surfaces. Kluberfood 4 NH1-32 is mainly intended to protect ferrous metals from rust and moisture.
Kluberfood NH1 32 is an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, meaning it’s approved for situations where incidental contact with food could happen.
