Kluberlub RM 41-1503 is a high-quality sealing and lubricating grease which is based on a highly viscous mineral oil and special lithium soap, which contains special additives specifically manufactured for tunnel boring machines. Due to the formulation, it provides good ageing resistance, has good adhesion to water, has good corrosion protection, and has compatibility with elastomers. Due to its excellent sealing benefits from the use of high base oil viscosity, it means this grease will stay very effective in higher ambient temperatures. Kluberlub RM 41-1503 also benefits from being free of black solid lubricant which makes it cleaner to handle. Kluberlub RM 41-1503 is mostly often used for the sealing and lubrication of sealing chambers in the main bearings of tunnel boring machines. The main aim is to keep water and soil away, which then prevents bearing contamination. Kluberlub RM 41-1503 is available in 400g and 25kg.
