The Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is an exceptional high-temperature and long-term grease for rolling bearings. Kluberplex BEM-41-132 is manufactured with a blend of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil, with a unique lithium soap formulation. The incorporation of specialised additives enhances its resistance to oxidation, providing optimal protection against wear and corrosion. This high-performance lubricating grease is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of various industrial applications as it has an operating temperature between 70°C and 110°C, providing a lot of versatility for long-term and lifetime lubrication. Kluberplex BEM 41-132 can be used as a long-term lubrication of rolling bearings with a high degree of sliding friction, such as Taper Roller Bearings, Spherical Roller Bearings and Cylindrical Roller Bearings. It can also be used as a lifetime lubrication of Deep Groove Ball Bearings and Rolling Bearings found in applications such as the dry section in paper-making machines and textile machines, electric motors, hot air blowers and drying ovens.
