Description
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 is a lubricant which is designed for rolling and plain bearings which are subject to high loads, which are often found in wind turbines. Its low frictional resistance and reduced component temperature means it offers a trouble-free operation, offering good pumpability and metering via a centralised lubrication system. Kluberplex BEM 41-141 does not contain any sort of inorganic solid lubricants (MoS2 or graphite). It is also compatible with commercial sealing materials, meaning it can be used for a wide range of applications. Kluberplex BEM 41-141 is specially designed for wind turbines for the initial lubrications and relubrications of rotor, generator and pitch bearings. It can also be used in constant velocity joints in both lateral and longitudinal vehicle shafts, as well as in heavily loaded rolling and plain bearings, which are exposed to vibrations and oscillating movements.
This Kluberplex BEM 41-14 is available in a 370g, 125cm³ Nova Cartridge, 250cm³ Star Cartridge, 1kg, 25kg and 170kg Barrel.
Key Benefits For Your Application
Easy Changeover
Switching to Klüberplex BEM 41-141 from another lubricant is straightforward, as it is compatible and can be mixed with other greases.
High Reliability
This grease offers great reliability in wind power stations due to it’s excellent grease distribution, and its oil separation.
Increased Service Life
Klüberplex BEM 41-141 has low frictional resistance, which helps lower component temperatures, while excellent lubricity reduces wear, increasing the service life.
