Kluber Klubersynth AR 34-402 - 1kg can is a high quality, special synthetic wide-range grease based on a special calcium soap thickener for pneumatic drives and sealing elements.

Klubersynth AR 34-402 is free from raw materials containing heavy metals and solid lubricants. The special additive contained in the grease helps provide the best performance along with operational reliability and long service life. As a result, the pneumatic components consisting of the sealing elements and opposing friction bodies like piston rods or cylinder barrels can be used in a fairly wide service temperature range.

This lubricating grease can be used in many applications including pneumatic control and sealing elements like ISO single-acting and double-acting pneumatic cylinders with and without piston rods, pneumatic rotary actuators, short-stroke and compact cylinders, for valves and corresponding sealing elements.

The grease has low breakaway torque even after long periods of standstill and reduced tendency to stick-slip at low piston speeds.

Klubersynth AR 34-402 is an approved lubricant for gas burning installations and actuators according to DIN EN 377 class D, for a temperature range from 0 to +140°C.

This grease should be applied by brush, sponge, spatula, grease gun or other conventional metering systems.
