Kluber Kluberysynth BR 46-82, 1kg can is a high quality grease consisting of a mixture of polyglycol and ester oil and a lithium complex soap with good media resistance. As a result of the low viscosity of the base oil, it allows components to run smoothly at low temperatures. Klubersynth BR 46-82 also contains extremely effective antiwear additives.
The base oil can be mixed with brake fluid DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 and is compatible with EPDM elastomer materials.
Klubersynth BR 46-82 is a special grease that has been developed for long term lubrication of automotive brake system components and can provide problem free operation at temperatures from 40 °C to +180 °C, with short peaks up to 250°C.
This lubricant should be applied by spatula, brush or grease gun. Pumpability should be checked beforehand if being used in automatic lubrication systems.
