Kluber Klubersynth HB 74-401 - 25kg bucket is a high quality, synthetic, long-life, high-temperature grease that contains a high quality synthetic base oil and a polyurea thickener. Due to this combination long-term lubrication is possible over a wide temperature range.
Klubersynth HB 74-401’s high base oil viscosity and special additives also help to ensure good wear protection under high loads.
This grease is frequently used in rolling and plain bearings that are exposed to high temperatures such as those in the steel or cement industries. These applications include drive rollers in continuous casting installations, conveyor roller bearings in continuous furnaces, roller bearings in vertical mills or pinion support bearings.
Klubersynth HB 74-401 can be applied by spatula, brush, grease gun or centralised lubrication systems.
