P-1280 CONTI® SilentSync self-tracking timing belts are an excellent energy-efficient, maintenance free, low noise, and low vibration replacement for standard synchronous belts to upgrade any belt drive.

Specification:

  • Specially treated polyamide fabric
  • Synthetic rubber teeth
  • Aramid tensile member
  • Synthetic rubber backing
  • Helical Offset Tooth (HOT) design

The unique Helical Offset Tooth (HOT) profile, synthetic rubber backing, and aramid cord tension member all combine to deliver reduced noise by up to 19 dB, 80% higher strength than conventional synchronous belts, and vibrations up to 20% lower. Using aramid cord as the tensile member results in no ageing or elongation, eliminating the need for any re-tensioning.
