Kluber Kluberysynth BR 46-32 F 1kg can is a special lubricating grease designed to meet requirements where speed or acceleration may be high in rolling and ball screws and operating temperature can be very high or start up temperature very low. The lubricant provides for-life lubrication and is ideal where there is a requirement such as in the automotive industry in things like clutch or brake actuators.
Klubersynth BR 46-32 F is based on a polyglycol/ester oil mixture with a lithium complex soap that is resistant to temperature and ambient media and selected solid lubricants.
This lubricant provides very good smooth running properties at low temperatures because of its low base oil viscosity and the oils excellent oxidation stability ensures safe use even at high temperatures. The additives and selected solid lubricants also help to contribute to high wear protection.
Klubersynth BR 46-32 F is therefore compatible with EPDM elastomers and other materials. This grease was developed for long term lubrication of highly loaded sliding and rolling contacts like those in actuators in the automotive industry, ball screws, planetary screws and similar tribo-contacts.
It should be applied by brush, spatulate or grease gun. If being used in automatic lubricating systems it is recommended to check the pumpability prior to application.
